    1. Use the manual wheel to move the machine, and then determine and adjust the correct position of the parts. 

    2. Place the glue and label: put the label in the shape of a fan first, after finishing into the label drive device. 

    3. Start the power supply. 

    4. Make sure the pressure of air source is normal. 

    5. Press the vacuum pump switch. 

    6. Twist the point/continuous changeover switch to the point position and press the main switch. Make the glue adhere to the fan-shaped rotating rod. 

    7. Place the product (bottle) on the conveyor belt. 

    8. The contact switch must be on at the same time as the switch indicator light. 

    9. Turn the point/continuous changeover switch to the continuous position before pressing the main switch to start working. 

    10. Determine if the attachment is correct, and make micro adjustments if it is not ideal. 

    11. Check whether the time of bottle and label entering the labeling place is correct. 

    12. Check whether there is any noise when the suction wheel and the fan-shaped rotating rod are attached and adhered.
